Around 5 years ago, my brother Will moved in to full-time residential care and whilst in this care, it was proposed that a sleep monitor should be introduced. This monitor would help provide that extra bit of safety and support for my brother, whilst improving the lives of the people who worked with him. The Daisy Garland, with no questions asked, helped raise the funds necessary to bring that monitor in to his life.

Without The Daisy Garland, it would have been so much more difficult to give Will and his carers the essential support that they needed, but because of them they were able to sleep that little bit more soundly. This charity means so much to myself and my family, and this is why Beth and I have decided to run the daunting 26.2 miles of the Virtual London Marathon - to show our gratitude and to help them continue to change lives for the better.

Cheers everyone x
