Nicol’s Ketogenic Flax Bread
(makes around 6 portions of 30g each)

35g ground almonds
40g ground flaxseed
4g baking powder
1.5g salt
2g white vinegar
4 drops of liquid hermesetas
85g raw beaten egg (just under 2 eggs)
37g of melted butter

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Line and lightly grease a small tray (8x8).
Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix wet ingredients together.
Stir wet into dry ingredients (it now looks like a wet Weetabix!)
Spread into tray and cook for 10 minutes until firm.

When cooled serve with marmite butter – mix a small amount of marmite with butter and spread on top, or cream cheese butter (cream cheese/boursin with butter).
