Purple Day 2024

Purple Day 2024 (worldwide epilepsy awareness day - March 26th) 

We are delighted to be planning a very special Purple Day extravaganza this year and would love you all to join us in raising much needed epilepsy awareness and funds for The Daisy Garland.

So please get your purple thinking caps on to think of ways, big or small, to celebrate this important date in our epilepsy calendar!

Please ask your child's school, nursery, brownies, cubs, dietitian, you/your partner's company and your local pub or club etc. to hold a purple-themed cake sale, mufti day, raffle, quiz etc.

Super supporter, Kate Stahl (pictured right), dyed her hair purple raising heaps of much needed epilepsy awareness and a whopping £1,319.26 for The Daisy Garland!

All money raised will go towards funding life-saving monitors, family support groups and our Daisy Garland Ketogenic Services treating children FREE of charge within the NHS with the ketogenic diet therapy.

The Daisy Garland is a non-profit making charity and we don't receive any government funding, so we are always hugely grateful for the support of people like you to help us continue the important work we do for children with epilepsy.
