Ingredients

50g Salami

30g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh

20g KetoCal 4:1 Powder - Unflavoured (available on prescription)

         

Method

1. Pre-heat oven to 170C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. Lay slices of salami onto tray.

3. In a small bowl mix grated cheese, KetoCal powder and season with black pepper.

4. Sprinkle cheese mixture over each slice of salami.

5. Bake for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is golden.

6. Allow to cool fully on tray until the cheese has set and turns crisp.
