Shannah Hatch, Daisy Garland Dietetic Support Worker - Oxford

"Hello, my name is Shannah Hatch and I'm the new Daisy Garland Dietetic Support Worker at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. I'm studying to be an associate nutritionist at Oxford Brookes University and I hope to specialise in paediatric dietetics once I graduate. I am most excited to see the beneficial effects that the charity provides for children and their families as I really enjoy helping people to enhance their quality of life.

I am really grateful to The Daisy Garland who have made it possible for me to support children with epilepsy and their families, whilst giving me a valuable opportunity to expand my knowledge. I think that it is important that all children have access to support like The Daisy Garland offer, and I am very excited to be a part of that service.

I'd also like to personally say thank you to the charity for funding my position. I'm very excited to join the team and represent the charity. Thank you."
