Ingredients

10g green beans boiled

10g whole egg boiled

2g garlic puree

3g vinegar

15g lettuce

2g smooth mustard

20g new potatoes boiled

25g olive oil

10g olives in brine

15g cherry tomatoes

25g tuna canned in oil, drained

Method

1. Mix garlic puree, mustard, vinegar and olive oil together to make the dressing.

2. Line a bowl with lettuce.

3. Chop green beans, potatoes, olives, tomatoes and egg and add to the bowl.

4. Add tuna.

5. Pour over dressing.
