Ingredients 30g rice bran oil 10g Gia garlic puree 60g mushrooms 70g chopped fennel 50g baby sweet corn canned and drained 40g celery raw 120g Black Farmer sausages (raw) 100g tomatoes canned 20g KetoCal 4:1 powder (available on prescription) Pinch of mixed herbs Method 1. Chop sausages into bite-size pieces. 2. Slice mushrooms and chop fennel, celery and baby corn. 3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry sausage, mushrooms, baby corn, celery, fennel and garlic puree and fry for about 5 minutes. 4. Add a pinch of mixed herbs and tinned tomatoes.
