Ingredients

80g chicken dark meat roast

20g spring onions bulbs and tops raw

80g mushrooms white raw

75g Avocado

90g cauliflower riced (FullGreen)

3g Gia garlic puree

15ml olive oil

30g butter

10g Rogan Gosh paste (Pataks)

40g Pepper, capsicum red raw

Method

1. Melt butter with oil and garlic puree.

2. Add curry paste, chopped mushrooms and chopped spring onions. Fry until soft.

3. Add chopped pepper and chicken. Cook until pepper is softened.

4. Add cauliflower couscous and cook for a couple of minutes until soft.

5. Just before serving, add chopped avocado.
