Ingredients

20g butter

65g raw cauliflower

135g raw celeriac

18g cheddar cheese

45g Tesco double cream

Method

1. Chop celeriac and cauliflower.

2. Boil until tender.

3. Drain, add butter and mash. 

4. Finely grate cheese and add to mash with cream and season to taste.
