Ingredients

11g Cheese, Mascarpone

20g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream

20g Raspberries, frozen

3ml Vanilla extract, sugar free

3g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas

11g 85% Lindt chocolate

         

Method

1. Grate chocolate or chop into small pieces.

2. In a bowl mix cream, cheese, vanilla, sweetener, and chopped chocolate together.

3. Place into a bowl and top with the frozen raspberries.

4. Make ahead of time and keep chilled until needed.
