Ingredients 50g Chocolate dark - Green and Black’s 85% 25ml Aldi double cream 15ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ - Vanilla (available on prescription) 14g Butter, salted 20g Sweetener, Truvia Method 1. Melt butter and cream together, in a glass bowl, in a microwave for 2-3 minutes. 2. Once butter and cream are hot add chopped chocolate, KetoCal and Truvia. 3. Stir until chocolate is melted. 4. Place in the fridge until cold and mixture has firmed up. 5. Take teaspoons of mixture and roll into balls. Place on a lined sheet (the mixture should make 10 truffles). 6.
