60g Cream 30% fat

21g Dark chocolate, 85% cocoa

8g Kanso DeliMCT CacaoBar (available on prescription)

1/2 Cup Almond milk

Truvia (carb-free sweetener) or Hermesetas liquid to taste

 

Method 

1. Heat the cream, chocolate, almond milk and Kanso DeliMCT CacaoBar together until the chocolate has melted.

2. Sweeten to taste.
