Ingredients

23g Raspberries, frozen

4g Hoosiel Hill Farm icing sweetener

25g Soda, club

42ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ Vanilla (Available on prescription)

                         

Method

1. In a small pan heat the raspberries, sweetener and two tablespoons of cold water. Simmer until the fruit is soft. Set aside and allow to cool.

2. In a glass add the KetoCal and raspberry puree. Stir to combine, add ice and top with soda.
