With patience, practice and kindness to yourself, you can develop a mindfulness practice as part of your daily routine. Mindfulness can, and does, make a difference to everyday life. A regular practice can help you to manage stress levels, grow your self-compassion and enjoy a greater sense of wellbeing.
Our Daisy Garland Mindfulness courses, hosted by barrister and meditation teacher Gillian Higgins, are available free of charge to families under our care and we are encouraging and accepting referrals from epilepsy nurses and other epilepsy healthcare professionals.
