Ingredients

14g KetoCal 3:1 Powder (available on prescription)

5g Oil, olive

5g Water, distilled

10g Eggs, chicken, white, raw

3g Cheese, Cheddar, English

                         

Method

Preheat oven to 190C/gas mark 5.

Mix KetoCal 3:1 with water and oil to form a batter.

Whisk the egg whites into the batter mix.

Divide into 4 and place on baking parchment.

Use the spatula to shape into a 2’’ circle and sprinkle cheese on top.

Cook on one side for 10 mins or until golden brown, turn over and cook for a further 5 mins until crisp.

Once cooked, remove and place on a wire tray before eating.
