70g Prawns, king, raw

16g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw

20g Eggs, chicken, white, raw

11g Lo-Dough Bases

5g KetoCal 3:1 Powder (available on prescription)

55g Oil, olive



1. In a food processor place raw prawns, egg white, spring onion and season with salt and pepper. Pulse until everything is mixed and smooth.

2. Process Lo-Dough to breadcrumbs, add to a bowl and add ketocal, mix in prawn mixture until fully combined.

3. Heat oil in a frying pan over med/low heat then add teaspoons of prawn mixture and fry on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.

4. Serve hot or cold. You can freeze these once cold for 2 months.
