Ingredients

50g Eat Water Slim Pasta

20g Oil, olive

2g Paprika

1g Curry powder

         

Method

1. Drain pasta and place on kitchen roll, put in the fridge and leave for 24 hours to dry out.

2. Heat oil in a small pan and fry pasta until crispy.

3. Drain and place in a bowl.

4. While the pasta is still hot, sprinkle over the spices and season with salt and pepper.

5. Mix to combine.

6. Allow to cool and place in a jar until needed.

Top Tip

For best results - rinse pasta and add to a bowl with 1 tsp salt and pour boiling water over. Leave to cool. Pasta can then be kept in the fridge in water until needed, or drained and frozen.
