Ingredients

60g Ketoclassic Savoury (available on prescription)

5g Cold water

15g raw chicken egg

20g Tesco cocoa powder

20g Waldens Farms Near Zero Pancake Syrup

                           

Method

1. Crumble KetoClassic Savoury in bowl, add water, beaten egg, cocoa powder and syrup.

2. Mix ingredients and shape into four balls.

3. Place and flatten on non-stick baking tray.

4. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 5 minutes.

5. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
