50g Avocado, Hass, flesh only

35g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

35g Fiber flour

4g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat

5g Oil, olive



1. Blend everything together with a stick blender in a jug, or place into a food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Line a tray with baking paper and spoon mixture into 4 inch circles and smooth top with back of a spoon (this recipe will make 3).

3. Bake at 170C no fan, for 6/10 minutes until the top has set firm but not a lot of colour.

4. Cool then slice and fill with your choice of keto filling.

5. Wrap each slice in plastic wrap and freeze until needed.
