Ingredients 8g Tesco full fat creme fraiche 10g lentils red split dried, boiled 14g olive oil 5g onions raw 15g red kidney beans, canned, re-heated 10g baby spinach 15g canned whole tomatoes 1g Chilli powder Method 1. Boil lentils and weigh out desired portion. 2. Add oil to pan. 3. Add finely chopped onion and saute till soft. 4. Add canned tomatoes, boiled lentils and chilli powder and bring to a boil. 5.
