15g Beans, green, raw

26g Cauliflower, raw

17g Chicken breast, raw

7g Sweetcorn, baby, canned, drained

7g Garlic, raw

10g Peas, frozen, raw

24g Olive oil

5g Sesame oil

12g Onions, raw

5g Amoy Light Soy Sauce

20g Carrots, old, raw



1. Finely chop onions and carrots and weigh them out.

2. Chop chicken into small pieces and weigh them out.

3. Chop 1 clove of garlic.

4. Finely chop the green beans and weigh them out.

5. Add half of the olive oil to a pan and when hot, add onions and carrots along with garlic and a pinch of salt.

6. Cook until onions become translucent and soft.

7. Add chopped chicken, green beans, peas and sweetcorn to the pan and stir fry until chicken is cooked through and beans are tender. Set aside.

8. Grate cauliflower.

9. Add remaining olive oil to a pan and when hot add the grated cauliflower, sesame oil and soy sauce.

10. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes then add in chicken and vegetables along with all the oil and give everything a good mix.

11. Serve, making sure to scrape everything from the pan.
