Ingredients 11g Olive oil 8g Chicken, dark meat, raw 8g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw 1g Gia Garlic Puree 15g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents 1g Curry powder 20g Spinach, baby, raw 3g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream Method 1. Heat olive oil in a pan. 2. Add spring onion, chicken and garlic puree to pan and cook on a medium heat for 5 mins or until chicken is cooked through. 3. Add tinned tomatoes, 30 ml water, curry powder and spinach, cook for 5 mins on a low heat. 4. Add cream and mix (If too thick, add more water).
