Ingredients

60g Elmlea Double 100% Plant

55g Tesco frozen whole strawberries

                           

Method

1. Weigh the strawberries and defrost.

2. Weigh the Elmlea 100% Plant and whisk until thick with a hand whisk.

3. Blend the strawberries and whipped Elmlea with a hand blender to make a smooth mousse.

4. Add sweetener if required.

5. Refrigerate until firm.
