Ingredients

14g KetoCal 3:1 Powder (available on prescription)

3g Butter, salted

1g Tesco cornflour

6g Eastend coconut flour

Sweetener to taste Erythritol, Truvia or Hermesetas

50g Blackberries, raw

         

Method

1. Preheat oven to 150C/gas mark 2.

2. Place KetoCal, butter, cornflour, coconut flour and sweetener to taste in a bowl.

3. Rub in butter with fingertips to make fine crumbs.

4. Place blackberries in a small ovenproof dish and cover with the crumble topping.

5. Cook in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Top Tip

Very yummy with keto custard, ice cream, whipped cream or clotted cream.
