Stir in egg white, KetoCal powder and season with a good pinch of salt, pepper and dried mixed herbs. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium to low heat. 3. Place teaspoons of chicken mixture into hot oil. With the back of the spoon slightly press down to form a nugget shape. 4. Fry for a few minutes on both sides until fully cooked. 5.
