Ingredients

35g Chicken mince

5g Eggs, chicken, white, raw

30g KetoCal 4:1 Powder - Unflavoured (available on prescription)

0g mixed herbs

30g Oil, olive

         

Method

1. Place minced chicken into a bowl. Stir in egg white, KetoCal powder and season with a good pinch of salt, pepper and dried mixed herbs. 

2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium to low heat.

3. Place teaspoons of chicken mixture into hot oil. With the back of the spoon slightly press down to form a nugget shape. 

4. Fry for a few minutes on both sides until fully cooked.

5. Serve hot, or allow to cool then freeze until needed. Reheat in the oven or air-fryer. 

Top Tip

You can use all the mixture by moulding into a burger using wet hands and frying but this will take longer to cook.
