Ingredients

20g Ground almonds, Tesco

16g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

17g Suet, shredded

14g KetoCal 3:1 Powder (available on prescription)

11g Bournville Cocoa powder 

2ml Orange extract, Waitrose 

20g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%

9.5ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ Vanilla (available on prescription)

2g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat 

         

Method

1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.

2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth butter.

3. Grease a glass ramekin or small bowl then pour in the mixture; place baking paper on the top 

followed by a sheet of foil. 

4. Steam for 20-25 minutes until cooked.

5. Serve straight away or cool and freeze until needed.

Top Tip

Serve with custard or cream or orange butter; enjoy!
