Ingredients

50g Tesco double cream

40g chopped mango

80g mascarpone 

Splash of sugar free mango syrup e.g. Jordans skinny syrups.

Method 

1. Whisk everything together and freeze in individual portions as it's easier to thaw.

Wilko is good for tiny ice cream tubs and I use this for all ice cream & just alter the fruit & syrup 

accordingly.
