70g Eggs, chicken, white, raw

39g Hoosiel Hill Farm icing sweetener

15g Sweetener, Truvia



1. In a very clean bowl whisk egg whites to soft peaks.

2. Add both sweeteners slowly, whisking all the time, until meringue is stiff peaks.

3. Spoon meringue onto a lined baking sheet.

4. Place in a 150C oven for 10 minutes then turn oven off and allow the meringue to dry out overnight.

5. Store in an airtight container, or you can freeze until needed for 3 months.
