Ingredients

60ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ - Vanilla (available on prescription)

32ml Cream, double, Avonmore 

18g Creme Fraiche, Yeo Valley

26g Strawberries, raw

7g Hartley’s No Added Sugar Strawberry Jelly

Method

1. Heat double cream, KetoCal LQ and creme fraiche until hot using a double saucepan or a basin standing in hot water.

2. Place jelly in a bowl and add mixture, stir until smooth, add strawberries.

3. Pour into a dish or mould and chill in fridge.
