Ingredients

18g Pecan nuts, kernel only

15ml Sunflower oil

9g Porridge oats, unfortified

90g Alpro Coconut Long Life Drink

5g Tesco flaked almonds

5g Linwoods Milled Organic Flaxseed 

15g Blueberries

Method

1. Chop nuts.

2. Mix all dry ingredients together and lay flat on a baking sheet.

3. Pour over oil.

4. Roast in oven on 180C for about 10 minutes.

5. Once cooked leave to cool slightly.

6. Serve with the coconut milk and blueberries.
