Ingredients

3g butter

4g double cream (Tesco)

10g egg yolk

25g Ketocal 4:1 powder, vanilla (available on prescription)

10ml water

25g egg white

                                

Method

Melt the butter, stir in the egg yolk and cream and mix well.

Add the Ketocal powder and the water and mix well.

Fold the egg white into the batter.

Spray a small frying pan or waffle iron with oil, and warm over a medium heat.

Cook until golden brown on both sides.

 

Serving Tips

This makes 3 small pancakes or 1 large one.
