Ingredients 36 g well beaten egg 53 g Tesco double cream 4 ml sugar-free vanilla extract - (can use less if you prefer) 3 g honey 11 g fine grated raw eating apple 1 g butter 1 g Natvia sweetener Light sprinkle of nutmeg Method 1. Beat egg well with a whisk and leave in mixing bowl. 2. Grease a ramekin with butter (use either butter paper or grease proof paper). 3. Place the grated apple in the ramekin. 4. Gently warm the double cream, vanilla extract, Natvia and honey in small saucepan but do not boil (stir with spatula). 5. Slowly pour the mixture into the bowl with the beaten egg and mix well with spatula. 6. Pour the mixture into the ramekin and sprinkle with a shake of ground nutmeg. 7. Place in a larger baking dish with very warm water (just off the boil) up to about ½ to 2/3 of the ramekin (like a bain marie). 8. Bake in 170 C for approx. 30 mins.
