Ingredients 60g Cauliflower, raw 20g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw 20g Tesco Grated Mozzarella 40g KetoCal 4:1 Powder - Unflavoured (available on prescription) 38ml Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes 21g Oil, olive 20g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh 30ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat 31g Oil, olive Method Grate the raw cauliflower, place in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes on high, allow to cool slightly then place in a clean tea towel and ring out all the excess moisture. Mix the egg, cauliflower, and KetoCal together, place onto a lined baking tray and form a 6/7 inch circle, bake in a 170C oven for 10 minutes until golden and set.
