40g Chicken, dark meat, raw

20g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw

25g Mushrooms, white, raw

10g Oil, olive

10g Olives, green, in brine, drained, flesh and skin



1. Cut the chicken into long strips and place in a bowl. 

2. Cut the peppers into medium square chunks, slice mushrooms in half and add to bowl. 

3. Drizzle the oil over chicken, add olives and season with salt and pepper .

4. Allow to stand covered for 30 minutes.

5. Place chicken and vegetables onto a metal or wooden skewer, grill, bake or BBQ until chicken is cooked through.
