Ingredients

30g double cream

100g Keyo

                         

Method

1. Lightly whip double cream in a small bowl.

2. Add Keyo and fold through the whipped cream until evenly mixed.

3. Divide into 2 equal portions, add to freezer-safe containers, cover and place in  the freezer for 3-4 hours until the desired texture is achieved.

TOP TIP: Can be frozen for longer, remove from the freezer and defrost until desired consistency achieved. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
