Ingredients

7g KetoCal 4:1 Powder - Vanilla (available on prescription)

2g Oil, olive

36g Cream, fresh, whipping

5.5g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%

3ml Orange extract, Waitrose

2g Natvia sugar free icing

         

Method

1. Chop chocolate with a knife until you have small pieces.

2. In a bowl add cream, Ketocal, sweetener, oil, and orange extract. Whisk with a balloon whisk until mixture is soft peaks and still floppy.  Don’t over whisk.

3. Fold in chopped chocolate and place in a plastic container with a lid.

4. Place in freezer. Every hour take out and shake mixture in the container (this breaks down any ice crystals). Do this until ice cream is frozen.

5. Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
