Ingredients

33g cooked chicken

46g full-fat mayonnaise

5g korma curry powder

40g sliced cucumber

30g sliced celery

20g sliced red pepper

10g olive oil

                                

Method

Mix the curry powder with the mayonnaise.

Add to the cooked chicken.

Make a salad dressing by adding vinegar and a small pinch of mixed herbs to the olive oil and add to the salad vegetables.

 

Serving Tips

Great for parties and picnics and delicious eaten cold or warm.
