30g KetoCal 4:1 Powder - Unflavoured (Available on prescription)

30g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

22g Oil, olive

82g Courgette, raw

20g Whitworths Ground Almonds



1. Grate courgette then dry off as much water as possible using kitchen paper or a clean tea towel.

2. In a bowl mix everything together to form a thick batter. Season with salt and pepper. 

3. Place into a small loaf tin (you can use muffin tins to make small rolls) bake at 170oc for 20-25 

    minutes until golden and set. 

4. Allow to cool then keep in a tin until needed. This bread also freezes really well.
