Ingredients

100g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

40g Mushrooms, white, raw

45g Broccoli, green, raw

10g Pepper, capsicum, red, raw

12g Oil, olive

9g Butter, unsalted

20g Carrots, old, raw

2g Garlic Puree, Gia

0.5g Mixed herbs, dried

50ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ Unflavoured (available on prescription)

         

Method

1. Dice all the vegetables.

2. Pre-heat oven to 160C/ fan 140C/ Gas 4.

3. Beat the egg with the Ketocal LQ, half the oil, the Gia garlic paste and the mixed herbs.

4. Mix in the chopped vegetables.

5. Grease an ovenproof dish with the remaining oil.

6. Put the mixture in the dish and dot with the butter.

7. Bake for 30-40 mins until vegetables are cooked.
