40g Cucamelon

3g Lime juice

2g English smooth mustard

10g Olive oil

30g Radishes, red raw, flesh and skin

10g Feta cheese

30g Cherry tomatoes



1. Slice the cucamelon, radishes and quarter the tomatoes. Pop in a bowl.

2. Make the dressing by whisking olive oil, mustard and lime juice together.

3. Add the dressing to the chopped vegetables and mix.

4. Crumble feta cheese over the top.

Top Tips

Other ingredients that work well in this salad are chopped yellow peppers, ham and mozzarella cheese. You could also change the dressing to a vinaigrette-style option.
