Ingredients

75ml Elmlea Plant Double Vegan Cream

6g Hartley’s Sugar-free Strawberry Jelly Sachets

5g Tesco Coconut Cream

10g Alpro Greek Style Plain Yogurt

25g Strawberries, raw

         

Method

1. Heat vegan double cream, coconut cream and yogurt until hot using a double saucepan or a basin standing in hot water.

2. Place jelly in a bowl and add mixture, stir until smooth, add strawberries.

3. Pour into a dish or mould and chill in fridge.
