Ingredients

35g Tesco ground almonds

40g Linwoods ground flaxseed

4g Barkat carb-free baking powder

1.5g salt

2g white vinegar

4 drops of liquid hermesetas

85g raw beaten egg (just under 2 eggs)

37g of melted butter

                                

Method

Preheat oven to 180C.

Line and lightly grease a small tray (8”x 8”).

Mix dry ingredients together.

Mix wet ingredients together.

Stir wet into dry ingredients (it now looks like a wet Weetabix!)

Spread into tray and cook for 10 minutes until firm.
