Ingredients

63g Mozzarella, grated, M&S

21g Holland & Barrett Almond Flour Flurry

13.5g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

8ml Morrisons Double Cream

5g psyllium husk

48g Carbzone strawberry jam

Method

1. Make pastry by melting mozzarella in a microwave, then beat in other ingredients.

2. Split into 8 balls (you can weigh these if you want to be accurate).

3. Roll or squash flat between greaseproof paper or silicone sheets.

4. Press into silicone bun cases.

5. Add a spoonful of jam (about 6g) into each bun case.

6. Bake at about 170C for approximately 10 minutes.
