Ingredients Cookies 100g Almond Flurry (Holland & Barrett) 43g butter, softened 20g strawberry Purition (Natural protein powder) * 5g strawberry sugar free syrup (e.g. Walden Farms) 36g erythritol Icing Strawberry syrup Sukrin icing sweetener Method Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan. Mix all ingredients together, until they form a dough. The mixture will be crumbly to start with but will come together as you mix. Make 10 balls of dough. Place each on a lined baking tray (silicon mats work very well). Bake for approx 10 minutes until golden. When cookies are cool, make the icing. Warm a couple of tbsps of strawberry syrup in a microwave for about 10 seconds. Add about 2 tbsps sukrin icing and mix until thick. Add more sukrin icing if needed.
