Ingredients

60g Beef, mince, raw

20g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw

15g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

10g Flour, Almond

26.5g KetoCal 4:1 Powder - Unflavoured (Available on prescription)

10g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh

20g Butter, salted

                         

Method

In a bowl add the minced beef, egg, ketocal powder, almond flour and melted butter.

Chop the spring onions thinly and add to the mix.

Mix everything together with a wooden spoon and transfer into a loaf tin (you can bake this in muffin tins if you don’t have a loaf tin).

Bake in oven 180C for 15/20 mins.

 

Serving Tips

Serve hot or allow to cool, slice and use for lunch boxes, sandwiches, or eat as a snack.
