22g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

15g Bananas, flesh only

10g Oil, olive



1. Mash banana with the back of a fork.

2. Beat egg and mix in with banana and olive oil until well combined.

3. Heat a non stick frying pan.

4. Cook the mixture, one table spoon at a time.
