Ingredients

25g KetoCal 4:1 Powder - Unflavoured (available on prescription)

26g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

25ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ - Unflavoured (available on prescription)

4g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat

15g Fiber flour 

10g Oil, olive

         

Method

1. In a bowl whisk Ketocal powder, eggs, fiber flour, Barkat baking powder, and Ketocal LQ to a smooth 

    batter.

2. Heat oil in a frying pan over med/low heat.

3. Once hot add spoonfuls of batter into the pan. 

4. Fry for a few minutes on the first side then once the bottom has set and is golden flip over. 

5. Remove from pan and allow to cool. 

6. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 3 months until needed. 

7. Re-heat in a microwave for 30 seconds or place in a toaster on re-heat.
