Ingredients

70g Swede, flesh only, raw

21g Oil, olive

1.5g Paprika

1.5g Ground cumin, Tesco

         

Method

1. Peel and cut swede into small thick fingers and place in a bowl.

2. Drizzle over oil, cumin and paprika, salt and pepper.

3. Mix to combine so everything is well coated. 

4. Line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicon mat. Place french fries in one single layer. 

5. Bake at 200C until golden, turning to make sure they are golden all over.
