Ingredients 3g sweetener, Truvia 25g almonds, ground 13g butter, unsalted 12g eggs, whole, raw 8ml Ketocal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla) Available on prescription 5g pecan nuts, kernel only 1g cinnamon, ground 6g butter, unsalted 7g peel, mixed 2g sultanas Method 1. In a bowl mix almonds with 13g of melted butter to form a pastry. Allow to chill in fridge for 10 mins. 2. Press chilled pastry into a tart tin. 3. Chop pecans, mixed peel and sultanas and place into the tart case. 4. Melt 6g of butter, add the Ketocal LQ, cinnamon, sweetener and egg. 5. Whisk together and pour into tart case. 6. Bake at 160c for 12-15 minutes until tart has set and edges of pastry are golden brown. 7. Allow to cool in tin. Remove from tart case and serve.
