Ingredients

5g Lo Dough (1 wrap = 28g)

50g Pumpkin, flesh only, boiled in unsalted water

8g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh

5g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured (available on prescription)

8g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh

8g Olive oil

         

Method

1. Cut the Lo-Dough into a circle using a small plate or cookie cutter. 

2. In a bowl mix the mashed pumpkin, cheese, ketocal powder and season to taste. 

3. Brush the Lo-Dough with olive oil and spoon the filling onto one half. Fold over the wrap so you have a half moon shape. Press the edges together to seal the pasty.

4. Brush the outside with the rest of the oil and place on a baking tray. 

5. Bake at 170C for 10/15 minutes until golden.

Delicious eaten cold for picnics and lunchboxes! 

Other low-carb wraps can be used in place of Lo-Dough but don’t forget to amend your keto 

calculations.
